A Few Days in Philadephia, Pennsylvania

In November, I had the amazing opportunity to travel to Philadelphia for a work trip. While I was there, I attended a session at the MAPACA conference, then co-presented with the lead researcher of the study I'm assisting. The rest of my trip was spent doing school work for a group assignment and a lot of wandering around the city.

Luckily, the hotel I was staying at was located on Market Street. This meant that I was able to walk to different tourist spots and look at the beautiful architecture of the buildings. Check out the photos below that I took during the few days I spent in Philly.

While I didn't get the chance to explore much of the area outside of where my hotel was located, I did get the chance to stop into a nice little wine bar tucked off a side street. It was the perfect spot to relax before heading back home the next day. I really enjoyed my time in Philadelphia and I'd love to visit again to see more of the city.

Have you ever been to Philadelphia? What were your favourite places to visit in the city?
